1. Anti-Leak & Security Protocol (Critical)

We maintain a strict proprietary environment to protect our assets and business integrity.

• Account Integrity: Your login credentials (ID & Password) are strictly for personal use. Sharing access with third parties is a direct violation of this agreement.

• External Sharing: Distributing our direct download links (Google Drive, Mega, etc.) on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, or Telegram is strictly prohibited.

• Instant Termination: Our system automatically flags unauthorized IP activity. Any user found leaking links or sharing accounts will face an Immediate & Permanent Ban without prior warning or refund.

2. Membership & Data Management

• Registration Accuracy: Users must provide valid and verifiable information. You are responsible for all actions performed under your unique ID.

• Renewal Grace Period: If an account expires, you have a 15-day window to renew. After 15 days, the account and its history will be purged from our database. Re-activation will require a fresh registration.

• Fair Business Value: We operate on a "Fair Use" model. Any attempt to sabotage our market value or redistribute our premium firmware for profit will result in your permanent removal from our community.

3. Firmware Integrity & Technical Specs

• File Size Fluctuations: Due to advanced compression, server migrations, or link restoration, file sizes may occasionally vary. This is a technical necessity to ensure high-speed downloads and does not indicate a corrupted file.

• Paid/Premium Assets: Standard subscription packages do not include "PAID Files." These are separate assets with independent pricing.

• Broken Link Policy: We strive for 100% uptime, but link damage can occur. Reported broken links will be prioritized for fixing.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless explicitly stated, Ifixrom.com and its licensors hold full legal rights to all content, scripts, and firmware modifications on this site.

• No Redistribution: You are not permitted to sell, rent, or mirror our content on other websites or forums.

• Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or professional repair use only.

5. Legal Disclaimer & Risk Warning

• Hardware Responsibility: Flashing custom firmware involves inherent risks. We are NOT liable for device malfunctions, software bricks, or hardware failures resulting from the use of our files.

• Warranty Status: Be aware that using our services may void your manufacturer’s warranty. Proceed at your own discretion.

6. Community & Comments

We reserve the right to moderate or delete user comments that are:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory.

• Technically inaccurate or misleading to other users.
